What to agree before ordering a 3D representation
Define structures, formats, delivery and technical checks before payment.
A clearly scoped order
Before sending files, explain the demonstration you need and which application will open it. The team should confirm the volume, structures and export formats. An attractive example does not mean that every scan will produce the same result.
A written deliverables list
Agree on surface files, a combined scene and viewing access as applicable. Specify whether structures are delivered together or separately. A teeth mesh does not necessarily contain individually identified teeth. File naming should associate the delivery with its order without placing patient details in public names.
Technical checks and corrections
Technical checks assess whether the expected files exist, open and correspond to the order. Agree on units, orientation and known limitations. These checks are not diagnostic validation. Ask whether corrections are included or require a separate quote; a new acquisition is different from reprocessing the same file.
Price and delivery before payment
Astheca coordinates inquiries through WhatsApp and account setup through PROCAOps. Total price, scope and delivery are confirmed individually before payment through the agreed method. Packages are quoted separately. This page does not automatically submit a scan for payment or processing.
Using the representation
This offer provides demonstration-only representations. They are not for diagnosis, treatment planning or guiding procedures. Retain the original data and the delivery instructions; a 3D export does not replace the source scan.
